Each Park Model Home features a bedroom large enough for a queen-size
bed, full bathroom with shower/bath, cozy living room, and convenient
kitchen. Vaulted ceilings are standard. Homea are sold furnished
or unfurnished.

you love the outdoors, but hate the bugs? Some models offer
a screened porch for sitting out on a summer's evening, and
some offer a loft for added space.
Each home is custom built to your specifications. For example,
you get your choice of:

- Interior—floor coverings and cabinetry colors
We even offer a duplex model unit for overnight rentals.
Because these homes are classified as RV’s, many
states allow them to be set up in campgrounds on both rented
or owned lots.
